WORKING TOGETHER

8 QUESTIONS

01

Do I need to know the exact package before sending a request?

No. Share what you currently know about your business, project and desired outcome. We will suggest the clearest package, possible add-ons or a custom scope before anything starts.

02

What should I prepare before sending a request?

Existing logos, colours, fonts, website links, menus, price lists, photographs and visual references are helpful. Not everything is required, but more context makes it easier to define the right solution.

03

What happens after I send the request?

The request is reviewed first. SOMOVS then suggests the clearest starting point and confirms the scope, price, timeline and next steps. Work begins only after approval and the agreed advance payment.

04

How do we communicate during the project?

Email is normally used for approvals, content and important project decisions. Calls or additional communication can be arranged when they help clarify the project.

05

How long does a project take?

The timeline depends on the scope, number of deliverables, required functionality and how quickly content and feedback are provided. A clear estimated timeline is confirmed before work starts.

06

What content do I need to provide?

You normally provide final business information, prices, service descriptions, contact details, legal information and usable images. Copywriting, translation and content preparation can be quoted separately when needed.

07

How do revisions work?

Included revision rounds are defined in the approved scope. Revisions refine the agreed direction. A new direction, new deliverable or major structural change may require an additional quote.

08

Will I be able to update the project after launch?

Where relevant, editing access and basic handoff guidance are included or defined in the project scope. Some materials are delivered as final files, while later or more complex changes can be handled through ongoing support.

PRICING & SCOPE

8 QUESTIONS

01

How is the project price determined?

Pricing depends on the selected package, number of pages or deliverables, required functionality, content condition, integrations, timeline and selected add-ons.

02

Why are package prices shown as “from”?

The starting price represents the simplest version of that package. The typical range shows where similar projects usually fall. The exact price is confirmed after the request is reviewed.

03

What is included in the final quote?

The final quote includes the approved deliverables, project structure, timeline, revision process and payment schedule. Optional additions and later scope changes are not included unless specifically listed.

04

Can I combine different service lines?

Yes. A project may combine a website, visual identity, menu system, QR page, print layouts and customer materials. Larger combinations are prepared as a custom scope.

05

What happens if the scope changes?

Anything outside the approved scope is reviewed first. Additional price and timing are always confirmed before new work begins.

06

Do projects require an advance payment?

Yes. Projects begin after the scope, price and timeline are approved and the agreed advance payment has been received. The remaining payment schedule depends on the project size.

07

Are domain, hosting and third-party subscriptions included?

No. Domain registration, website hosting or platform plans, premium fonts, stock assets, external software, plugins, printing and other third-party costs are paid separately unless specifically included in the final quote.

08

Can urgent work be requested?

Urgent or same-day work depends on availability and is quoted separately. A shorter deadline may increase the final price.

ADD-ONS & ONGOING SUPPORT

12 QUESTIONS

01

What is an add-on?

An add-on is an additional deliverable added to an active package, such as an extra page, menu variation, QR card, visual template or additional layout.

02

Why are add-on prices available only inside active packages?

During an active project, the visual direction, structure and working files already exist. This reduces setup time and makes selected additions more efficient to produce.

03

Can an add-on be requested after the project is completed?

Yes, but it may be treated as standalone work or included in an ongoing support plan. The price depends on the amount of new setup required and whether the existing system is still ready to use.

04

What is ongoing support?

Ongoing support reserves monthly SOMOVS capacity for small changes inside an existing website, QR page, menu, CMS or customer-facing visual system.

05

What counts as a small update?

Examples include supplied text changes, price updates, opening hours, contact details, link changes, image replacement, menu edits, QR content and updates to existing CMS items.

06

What is not included in ongoing support?

New pages, new sections, redesigns, new visual directions, new functionality, advanced integrations, copywriting, translation, urgent work and completely new materials are quoted separately.

07

How is monthly support capacity calculated?

Support capacity includes reviewing the request, communication, making the change, responsive checks and publishing. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments.

08

Does unused support time roll over?

No. Unused capacity expires at the end of each billing month. The monthly payment reserves availability, priority and ongoing familiarity with the project.

09

How quickly will a request be completed?

Each plan includes a first-response window. Completion time depends on the request, available monthly capacity and whether additional information or approval is required.

10

What happens if the request exceeds the monthly capacity?

We will explain the remaining work and confirm an additional price or recommend moving to a higher support plan. Extra work never begins without approval.

11

Can one support plan cover several materials?

Yes. Active and Priority plans can cover connected customer touchpoints such as a website, QR page, menu, price list or existing visual template within the limits of the selected plan.

12

Can the support plan be changed or cancelled?

Support plans are billed monthly. A plan can be changed or cancelled before the next billing period. Work already completed or reserved for the current period remains payable.
