These Terms govern the use of https://www.somovs.com. SOMOVS is an independent design studio operated by Bogdans Somovs in Riga, Latvia.

Using This Website

You may browse the website and contact SOMOVS for lawful personal or business purposes. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you submit a request for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website.

Services and Project Enquiries

SOMOVS offers both individual services and complete packages. Services may include websites and landing pages, logos and visual identity, menus and price lists, QR pages, print and packaging design, social and digital content, ongoing design support, add-ons and custom standalone work.

A website form, email or call is an enquiry only. It does not reserve time, oblige SOMOVS to accept the project or create a contract. SOMOVS may ask for additional information before preparing a proposal.

Pricing and Estimates

Prices and ranges shown on the website are indicative starting points in euros unless stated otherwise. The final proposal identifies the agreed scope, deliverables, revision limits, schedule, total price, applicable taxes, payment stages and any third-party costs before you accept it. A proposal may have an expiry date.

Work outside the accepted scope is not included automatically. It may require a written change, a revised schedule and an additional fee.

When a Project Begins

A paid project begins only after the parties have confirmed in writing the scope, price, timing and applicable project terms, and SOMOVS has received any advance payment stated in the proposal. The accepted proposal, contract or written confirmation governs the project and prevails over general website information if they differ.

Website Content

Website content is provided for general information about SOMOVS and its services. SOMOVS may update, correct, replace or remove content without notice. Website content is not legal, tax, financial or production advice, and you should obtain specialist advice where needed.

Portfolio and Creative Materials

The portfolio and project pages contain creative work selected and presented by SOMOVS. Client and third-party names, trade marks, photographs, text and other protected elements remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not grant a licence to reuse them or imply an endorsement beyond the context shown.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s layout, SOMOVS name and visual identity, text, graphics, illustrations, compositions and original presentation are owned by or licensed to SOMOVS. You may view the site and share a normal link to it. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify, scrape, train a model on, remove attribution from or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

Prohibited Use

You must not:

• attempt to bypass security, test vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malware or disrupt the website;
• use automated tools to extract content or overload the service;
• impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, or infringe another person’s rights; or
• use the website or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SOMOVS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, lost data or damage caused by third-party services arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar storage are described in the Cookie Settings notice. Optional analytics and advertising storage is used only after consent.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Latvian law. Please first send any concern to hello@somovs.com so the parties can try to resolve it directly. A consumer may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia at https://www.ptac.gov.lv. Any dispute not resolved by agreement will be handled by the competent court, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules on jurisdiction and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

SOMOVS may update these Terms for future website use. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. An update does not replace the terms of an already accepted project unless the parties agree in writing.
